| UDOT Driver and Dispatcher Information Meeting | September 01, 2010 |
| With the Utah County I-15 Corridor Expansion (I-15 CORE) well underway from Lehi to Spanish Fork, UDOT is reaching out to businesses that require frequent freeway usage – the short-haul trucker, delivery operator, and home service provider – to help them TravelWise, work around construction inconveniences and safeguard their business operations.
To help keep business moving and adapt to construction specifically on I-15 CORE, UDOT will host a Driver and Dispatcher Information Meeting. This meeting is designed to answer questions, share the most current information about the project and introduce useful information sources to help businesses manage freeway usage efficiently. There will be two times and locations for the meeting, in order to accommodate as many businesses as possible. The first will be at the UDOT Region 2 Hurley Conference Room, 2010 South 2760 West, Salt Lake City, on August 30, 2010, 4-6 p.m. The second will be held at the Historic County Courthouse, 151 N. | Friday, September 3, 2010 at the Ranches Golf Course at 8:30 AM with 18 holes of golf and a cart for $10 after the breakfast and presentation. This event is a Utah Valley Chamber cooperative event and will not replace our regular luncheon. Mr. Manning President of Salt Lake Real Soccer will be speaking on "Building a Championship Team." The cost for the Friday Forum is $20 per person and you can register on our website or at www.thechamber.org. | |
